Management includes planning, organizing,staffing,leading or directing and controlling an organization to accomplish the goal or target .Resourcing encompasses the deployment and manipulation  of human resources , financial resources , technological resources , and natural resources .Management is also an academic discipline ,a social science whose objective is to study social organization

MANAGEMENT PLANNING
It id the process of assessing an organization's goals and creating a realistic ,detailed plan of action for meeting those goals. Much like writing a business plan, a management plan takes consideration short -and long term corporate strategies.

MANAGEMENT ORGANIZING

It is the management function that usually follows after planning .And it involves the assignment of tasks the grouping of tasks into departments and the assignment of authority with adequate responsibility and allocation of resources across the organization to achieve common goals.
 An organization is a group of people with a defined relationship in which they work together to achieve the goals of that organization. This relationship does not come to end after completing each task. Organization is a never ending process.

An organizational structure defines how activities such as task allocation, coordination and supervision are directed toward the achievement of organizational aims. It can also be considered as the viewing glass or perspective through which individuals see their organization and its environment.
